Are you new to lacrosse?
Learn more about the game, the rules, and the history on USA Lacrosse’s Boy’s Game Overview page.
All head coaches in the Mid Penn Youth Lacrosse Association are required to be certified by USA Lacrosse. You can learn more about that certification and the development module we use to teach your kids the game and how it will help them throughout life. Visit the Athlete Development page for more information on this coaching model. If you are interested in becoming a coach, please contact the club at cdeasjrlacrosse@gmail.com and we’ll help you with the requirements.
We encourage our players to work on their skills outside of practice. Skills like cradling, passing, catching, and ground balls can all be worked on right in your backyard. You can find some introductory drills to work on with your children on the Youth Lacrosse information page at USA Lacrosse. Scroll down to the videos section and you’ll have access to videos that will help with skill building no matter how old your son is.
We’ll also post periodic updates here and on our Facebook Page on local camps and clinics where your player can work closely with some of the top coaches in the country.
Our goal is to grow the sport! With that in mind...
Experience lacrosse risk-free!
